Basically the rpg is set in the style of a Tenkaichi Budoukai from DBZ.
Except it is split up into 4 groups. Singles where it acts lke any other tournment. Tag where you enter with a partner. Finally, Group where you can be in a group 3. On all of the events the matches will be desided with a hat draw.
You will roleplay on the board and challenge opponents to an exibition match. But you can't keep challenging none stop, you have to give yourself time to recover. If i think you have done well in the rpg then i will award you with an item. You may even get a senzu bean for total recovery.
If you loose a match then you are not autimatically out. You will compete in a different tournment whcih is between the others loosers. For instance you are Piccolo and you loose against Vegeta. And Yamcha looses against Majin Buu then you will face Yamcha. And so on.
The idea is to keep collecting as much money as you can from each tournment so that you can prepare for the next one by buying items.
You are allowed only one main character from each of the series, for instance you could have a team of Goku from Dragonball, Vegeta from Dragonball Z and Gohan from Grand Tour.
